Eric R. Villines Advocacy Institute is dedicated in memory of Kimberly Armstrong's 16 year old son and to all of our children / youth who have lost their lives due to violence.

Next Community Meeting will be:

On January 21, 2009, the Eric Villines Advocacy Institute and MJJC are sponsoring a community meeting. The meeting will include a presentation on the current state of the Maryland juvenile justice system, the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act, and ways to address Disproportionate Minority Contact. The meeting is free and open to the public. Parents, youth and community members are encouraged to attend to discuss how we can collectively act to improve the outcomes of the Maryland’s juvenile justice system.
